COPPA and GDPR-K compliance is built into the architecture — no child accounts exist on TOGLO's servers, so there is nothing to breach, sell, or subpoena. Kids join from a browser with a family link; the Captain approves every photo privately before it counts.
Can TOGLO see where my child is?
No. The app is place-aware — it knows the destination and the day's route — but it never tracks or broadcasts a child's live location.
Who can see the photos my kids take?
Only your family. Every capture is held until the Captain (parent) approves it, privately — nothing is public or shared by default.
Do you sell or share our data?
Never. No ads, no data selling, no third-party trackers profiting from your family. You are the customer, full stop.
What happens when a child gets something wrong?
It's kind and no-blame. Streaks pause rather than break, wrong answers earn a gentle "try again," and younger kids get softer, slower reassurance. Failure is never a verdict.
